food/eating habits

These days, my favorite foods are natto and okura. They are very healthy foods. I often go out to eat, so my eating habits are bad, so I'm careful about foods when I am home. For example, I eat breakfast every day, and I usually eat natto with umebosi. In evening, I often eat boiled Okura. In addition, I eat bananas sometimes. I don't have dislike  foods, so my health is good, I think.
