  Do you know menbei ? This is a rice cacker. This is popular in Fukuoka. We can buy it in some souvenir shops in Fukuoka.

In addition, menbei  is made from a lobster. This shape is circle,and the color is a light pink.  This is crunchy, and this is coated soy sauce.
